Since its inception in 2015, Lonestar Development Partners has become one of the fastest growing real estate development firms in Austin. Lonestar Development Partners focuses on multi-family development with both mixed-use urban infill and suburban townhome products.

 

In addition to creating trend setting product types in the central Texas market, Lonestar Development Partners President and Principals, Tom Etheredge, Ryan Larson, Taylor Wilson, and Chris Kopacek have fully completed 8 multi-family projects totaling more than 2,064 residential units, and $309MM in total project costs. Since it’s inception in 2015 Lonestar Development Partners has successfully financed $78MM in mixed-use and townhome projects in the central Texas area. Lonestar and it’s partners have also designed a wide variety of other projects including government, high rise, modular and mixed-income developments as well.

Tom Etheredge
Mr. Charles Thomas Etheredge, Jr. (“Tom”) is a real estate and banking executive with over 30 years of industry experience. Mr. Etheredge served in several executive capacities over a ten-year period at Forestar Group, a publicly-traded real estate and natural resources company. Forestar was a spin-out from Temple Inland in 2007.
Patrick O'Shaughnessy
Patrick O'Shaughnessy
Patrick O’Shaughnessy is the Director of Marketing and Communications and is responsible for marketing programs, brand management, and media relations. Prior to joining Lonestar Development Partners, he worked in business development and marketing for an Inc. 5000 company, and has 20+ years of experience in creative development and publishing. He studied Communication Design at Texas State, and was a professional musician.
Ryan Larson
Ryan Larson
Ryan Larson is a multifamily developer with 8 years of real estate experience in the Austin market. As a financial expert, Ryan works with capital markets and financial models throughout the lifecycle of a given project. Mr. Larson joined Lonestar in 2015, as one of the founding Principals of the firm. Ryan holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. Ryan was previously a professional MMA fighter, and holds a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Taylor Wilson
Taylor Wilson
Taylor Wilson has developed in excess of 268 units in the greater Austin area since 2013. Taylor also owned and operated a property management company during this time and has since sold that business to focus exclusively on development. Taylor’s is a founding principle with a role primarily consisting of acquisitions, entitlements, construction, and property management.  Taylor enjoys pranks, complex problems, and identifying sites for development.
Anita Gougleva
Anita Gougleva
Anita Gougleva is a development manager with five years of experience in multifamily and commercial real estate development. She Started her career as a financial analyst with a publicly traded REIT in the Washington DC area. Since joining Lonestar in 2016, she is involved in managing every aspect of multifamily development, from initial underwriting through project completion. Anita received her Bachelor of Science from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
Chris Kopacek
Chris Kopacek
Chris has worked in Private Equity and Real estate for the past 5 years since graduating with an MBA from the University of Texas.  As a co-founder of Lonestar Development partners, Chris runs point on connecting Lonestar with a wide array of equity and debt.  In his free time he enjoys traveling, almost every sport, mentoring students through YoungLife and serving at his church. 
Mike Martinez
Mike Martinez
Mike was sworn in as a City Council Member on June 20, 2006 and served through December of 2014 including serving as Mayor Pro Tem. Mike appears in public hearings before elected or appointed city councils, county commissioners’ courts, zoning and planning commissions, and environmental boards, and his relationships with regional and local environmental interest groups, neighborhood associations and other special interest advocacy groups, has led to a successful record working with those groups throughout the development process.
